About the role

As an IT technician with us, you will be an important part of one of our customer teams, where you work closely with one or a few designated customers to create long-term solutions. You will work operationally in daily operations and participate in projects together with colleagues and customers. The role is varied and combines technical depth with customer contact.

Your daily work includes:

• Incident management and in-depth troubleshooting
• Operation, maintenance, and further development of customers' IT environments
• Management of Active Directory and Azure AD
• Automation, standardization, and optimization of IT environments
• Participation in various types of projects, such as migration and implementation projects
• Driving customer dialogues and participating in customer forums

About you

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in operations within the Microsoft environment with associated platforms and services. You are self-driven, take your own initiatives, and thrive in a role where you can combine responsibility with teamwork. You have a strong problem-solving ability, an analytical approach, and a genuine interest in technology and improvement work.

We prefer that you have experience in the following areas:

• Server and application operations (e.g., server setups, patching, and monitoring)
• Installation and configuration of clients
• Active Directory and Azure AD (GPO, PKI, ADFS)
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in complex IT environments
• Familiar with working with Powershell
• Participation in or driving projects
• Experience in customer dialogues and working in customer-facing roles

Many of our customers use Swedish as their corporate language, which means you need to be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is a merit if you have experience in administration and development of Microsoft 365, Intune, and client environments (SCCM/Intune).
