Who is KUND?

LEB has been developing and selling property systems for over 30 years. We help our clients – municipalities, government agencies, and larger private companies – to manage their properties efficiently and sustainably. We are now looking for a Java Developer who wants to help further develop our product and create value for our customers.

How LEB describes itself

We are a team of about thirty experienced employees with backgrounds in both property management and IT. With us, you will find an open work environment where we work closely together, share knowledge in morning meetings, and support each other in our daily tasks. We work both independently and in teams – and for those who enjoy activity, we have regular padel sessions on Thursdays!

What does the role include?

As a Java Developer, you will play an important role in further developing and maintaining a property system. You will work closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure that the system evolves according to business needs. 

• Manage maintenance and adjustments of the property system

• Restructuring and further development of the existing system

• Develop business logic and integrations in Java

• Configure screens and REST integrations in XML

• Perform minor code changes and configuration in legacy systems

• Participate in a rolling 4-week schedule as second line support to troubleshoot and resolve incidents

• Act as a sounding board for technical questions

• Participate in both internal and external development projects

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in system development, computer science, or equivalent experience

• At least 3 years of experience in Java development

• Good knowledge of functional programming in Java

• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle or SQL Server)

• Experience with XML and integration technologies (REST)

• Experience with version control using GIT

• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is a plus if you have:

• Knowledge of JOOQ

• Experience with AngularJS

• Experience in the property industry
