Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow specialist for an organization with a comprehensive and business-critical IT environment. Here you will work on a self-hosted/on-prem platform and contribute to the development and management of the organization's ITSM processes and ServiceNow solutions. In this role, you will configure and further develop solutions within the ITIL processes Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB, as well as work with the ServiceNow modules Request, Case, Knowledge, and Employee Center. You will implement improvements that increase automation, data quality, and user-friendliness, ensuring that the solutions comply with established standards, architectural principles, and best practices. The assignment also involves participating in the work with patching, cloning, and upgrading the ServiceNow platform, documenting completed solutions, and conducting knowledge transfer to the management team. Additionally, you are expected to contribute to streamlining ITSM processes and further developing Technical Workflows.

We would like you to have:

• At least three years of experience in development and configuration in ServiceNow
• Good knowledge of ITIL and experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB
• Experience with self-hosted or on-prem ServiceNow environments (meritorious)
• The ability to combine technical work with consulting and requirements management
• A structured approach and an interest in process improvement and automation
