About the role

We are looking for someone who wants a central role with varied administrative tasks where your structure, service mindset, and engagement are key. As a Customer Service Dispatcher, you will be the hub of daily operations, an important link between customers, the service department, internal teams, and external partners. This is a broad and significant role where you will have the opportunity to contribute to both structure, quality, and high customer satisfaction. You will be a key player in ensuring efficient processes and smooth flows while developing in a dynamic environment where your work truly makes a difference.

Examples of tasks:

• Responsible for invoicing and planning service assignments – this is the core of the role.
• Create, manage, and follow up on customer invoices and correct or credit as needed.
• Administer orders, contracts, and customer information.
• Plan and coordinate service cases and follow up on annual maintenance agreements.
• Handle orders for spare parts.
• Approve quotes and ensure correct documentation before delivery.
• Maintain efficient administrative processes and internal workflows.
• Communicate professionally with customers, internal teams, and external partners.

Who are you?

You are structured and meticulous with the ability to keep order in several parallel administrative flows. To succeed in the role, you are service-oriented, communicative, and enjoy close collaboration both internally and externally. You are proactive, responsible, solution-oriented with a genuine interest in improving work methods and contributing to efficient processes. At the same time, you are social, flexible, unpretentious, and enjoy supporting colleagues where needed to create a well-functioning and smooth workflow in the organization.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• High service mindset

Meritorious:

• Proficient in German and Nordic languages
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce
• Background from a technical company
• Technical interest
