At FINBLR, we work diligently on continuous improvement and innovation, and we are happy to offer YH students an internship (LIA) position with us. We are an accounting firm that also provides organizational development and does everything to enhance customer experience and streamline our processes from all perspectives.

We are currently looking for YH students in Sales and Marketing who want to come in and implement their newly acquired knowledge from the program.

The areas where we need assistance are as follows:

• Optimization of CRM systems (HubSpot)

• Design and implementation of Lead magnets (HubSpot)

• Implementation of collecting Cold and Warm leads

• Further development of existing sales scripts

• Social media content and branding

We believe that you, as a candidate, have a strong interest in sales, funnel setups, and CRM systems, and possess a great drive. Nerdiness and curiosity come before social skills. You are used to working independently and are self-driven in your work style (with guidance and support from us, of course!). You also have an interest in organizational development on the sales side! Furthermore, you are unpretentious and helpful and not afraid to step outside your comfort zone - you are a person who sees solutions even in complex situations and is driven by the desire to develop and fulfill your new role in the job market.

Note! This is an unpaid internship (LIA). There is no LIA option in the job ad format on AF, so we had to choose an alternative to publish.
