Essungabostäder AB is looking for a Coordinator

Essunga Bostäder AB is a municipal property company that owns and manages housing in Essunga municipality. Our mission is to provide safe, sustainable, and pleasant housing for the residents of the municipality. We are now looking for a structured and service-oriented coordinator who wants to be an important part of our operations.

Responsibilities

As a coordinator with us, you will have a varied role with many points of contact. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Administration of meetings, including invitations, minutes, and other documents
  • Inspection and showing of apartments
  • Key and tag management for Essunga Bostäder and Essunga municipality
  • Handling of maintenance requests and customer service
  • Rental administration
  • Mail handling
  • Rental of apartments and contract writing
  • Website and advertising
  • Other administrative support to the organization as time permits

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in administrative work, preferably within real estate or public sector
  • Is structured and detail-oriented.
  • Has a service-oriented attitude and enjoys customer contact
  • Has good system skills and finds it easy to understand administrative systems
  • Masters Swedish well in both spoken and written form
  • Has a valid driver's license (B)
