Your new role
We are looking for a senior and business-driven consultant in technical sales who wants to play a key role in developing new business opportunities within advanced testing operations for electric drivetrains and battery systems.
In this assignment, you will work closely with technical experts and laboratory engineers to identify new customers, build strong relationships, and create a structured sales pipeline within both the automotive industry and adjacent technical sectors.
Responsibilities: - Conduct a feasibility study to identify new potential customers and business areas - Create and develop a sales pipeline within automotive and related technical sectors - Identify sellable testing services related to customer needs - Present feasibility study results to internal stakeholders within 4 weeks - Proactively contact new customers and drive early business dialogues - Build long-term customer relationships and key accounts - Collaborate with internal technical specialists to match customer needs with testing capacity - Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and visits - Contribute to quotes, customer proposals, and business documentation

To be successful in this role, you need
Documented experience in technical sales, Key Account Management, or business development within advanced technical environments (e.g., electric drivetrains, testing/verification, or battery systems).
A strong and relevant network, preferably within the automotive industry (OEM, Tier 1/Tier 2, development companies, or consulting firms).
Experience in driving early sales dialogues, building customer relationships, and understanding customer business needs.
To be a relationship-building and business-driven person who works in a structured manner, communicates clearly, and has a genuine interest in the future of mobility, electrification, and technology.
