Nordsjö Idé & Design stores inspire and deliver high service with a focus on high-quality paint for consumers and professional painters. The stores also sell wallpaper, flooring, and interior accessories. Nordsjö Idé & Design stores are owned by AkzoNobel Decorative Coatings AB and consist of over 110 stores in Sweden from Trelleborg in the south to Kiruna in the north, most of which are operated and owned by franchisees.

Who are you?

You have a great passion for color and take pride in the work you do. You find it important to have the customer in focus and enjoy giving advice on color and feel. You are passionate about selling by providing our customers with the best service and finding solutions that exceed their expectations. To thrive with us, collaboration and team spirit are important. As a person, you spread joy and positive energy among your colleagues, as well as to customers. You are also attentive and service-minded.

We prefer that you have experience in service and sales primarily to craftsmen. If you have experience from the paint industry and sales to professional customers, it is a merit, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personal qualities. In addition, you have good knowledge of the Swedish language.

What will you be working with?

We offer you a varied job where we work together in our team to share our knowledge and passion for color with our customers. In our assortment, we also have wallpapers, tools, fillers, and more. You will develop and become a pro at helping primarily professional painters with their projects. As a sales associate with us, you always put the customer first.

The position is 40% with a 6-month probationary period based in Gothenburg, Munkebäck. You will report to the Store Manager. Working hours will vary Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 18:00, Saturday 10:00 to 15:00, and Sunday 11:00 to 15:00.
