YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a customer responsible salesperson at Framtiden, you will play a key role in connecting talents with exciting career opportunities. You are the company's professional face to the outside and build long-term relationships with our customers. 

Your daily work is varied, with the following foundation:
  • Prospecting new customers
  • Handling cold and warm calls to customers
  • Identifying staffing needs with new and existing customers
  • Customizing solutions within staffing and recruitment for the customer, acting as an advisor to the customer's recruitment needs
  • Conducting sales meetings, both digitally and primarily physically at the customer's location
  • Follow-up and customer care in both the short and long term
YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone eager to develop and driven to learn more about sales! You are goal-oriented and results-driven. You enjoy working with freedom under responsibility and proactively drive your own development! You take ownership of your work and like to motivate those around you to succeed together! 

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Driver's license B
Meritorious:
  • Experience in proactive sales, e.g., telephone or field sales
  • B2B experience
