Staffing Pool for MQ in Lidköping

We are now launching a staffing pool for MQ in Lidköping. It is advantageous if you can also travel to Skövde, Trollhättan, Uddevalla, or Alingsås, but it is not a requirement. You will be employed by us at Retail Staffing and work on assignment for the client, moving between the various stores of the retail chain as needed. You can quickly and easily book yourself via our app for the shifts that suit you.

As a salesperson, you will be involved in all regular store tasks such as sales at the checkout and on the floor, customer service, stock management, and picking. As a salesperson, you always provide a good customer experience. You are outgoing and actively engage in customer meetings. You take personal responsibility and work as a team with your colleagues in the store.

To be considered for the position, you need to have another primary occupation of at least 50% according to the collective agreement. You can either be a student or working part-time at least 50%, or a self-employed person with active F-tax. • You have completed upper secondary education
• You have previously worked as a retail salesperson with personal sales experience
• You can work at least 2 shifts on weekdays during the day per week, and there is also the possibility to work weekends and evenings
• You can work irregular hours and can step in at short notice
• You have good language skills in Swedish and English
