Sales Representative for Construction Machinery in Gothenburg
We are now looking for a sales representative for our facility in Kungälv. You will be offered a varied and developing position in a stable and long-term company. The work involves great freedom under responsibility and the opportunity to work with world-leading brands.
About the Position
As a sales representative, you will be part of a nationwide team of construction machinery salespeople and actively work with our customers throughout Västra Götaland and northern Halland. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from booking meetings to follow-ups and further development of customer relationships by offering our complete product and service range, with the goal of achieving set targets and creating long-term relationships.
The role of the sales representative includes customer and supplier contacts, machine demonstrations, quotes, and sales. You will have the support of product managers, sales administration, and a team of experienced sales colleagues. You will be based in Kungälv or your home location and report directly to the site manager.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with sales experience, preferably in construction machinery or a similar field. You are curious, solution-oriented, and understand the customer's reality, challenges, and needs. To succeed in this role, we see that you are self-driven, have a strong personal drive, and enjoy working independently. Furthermore, we believe you are a positive person who naturally builds trust and long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in construction
- Strong technical knowledge and interest
- Good administrative skills and experience with CRM systems
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and good command of English
- B driver's license
