Are you ready to take the next step in a role where business understanding, system competence, and administrative sharpness meet, and where you can be a key person in creating profitable, scalable, and customer-adapted business flows? We are looking for someone with prior experience working at the intersection of sales, systems, and business administration who wants to contribute to the company's operational success. The role is based in Skövde, but you are expected to work from the company's Lidköping office one day a week.
About the role
As a Business Support, you will become a central function in a customer team and a natural link between the sales organization, business system, and customer support. You will be responsible for ensuring that complex customer agreements, pricing logics, and structures are set up correctly in the systems, and that the business operates as well in practice as it does on paper.
With your experience, you quickly understand the entirety of the business and are a reliable advisor on issues related to pricing, contractual logic, and customer structure. You work closely with the salespeople and contribute to creating stable, efficient, and customer-adapted solutions.
Examples of tasks:
- Establish, change, and optimize customer structures, agreements, and price appendices in the business system
- Design, build, and further develop pricing models and ensure that pricing flows work as intended
- Quality assure more complex business documents in close collaboration with the sales and KAM organization
- Act as expert support in business logic, system usage, and process issues
- Be responsible for data maintenance, data quality, and continuous updating of customer information
- Identify, drive, and implement improvement initiatives related to systems and processes
- Be an advisory party in setting up larger agreements, quotes, and customer-specific solutions
We are looking for someone who
Thrives in a coordinating and business-oriented role, and you have experience working independently in complex system environments. You are comfortable in dialogue with both salespeople, management, and customer teams and are eager to take an active role in developing work methods.
- 3–5 years of experience in qualified administrative work within sales, business, or financial support
- Very good system skills, preferably from larger business or ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar
- Strong understanding of pricing, contracts, business logic, and process flows
- Experience managing multiple parallel inquiries with high quality and structure
- Fluent in Swedish and good English in both speech and writing
Preferred experience includes:
- Working with customer and pricing structures in larger organizations
- KAM support or other types of sales administration
- Analysis of business data and improvement work within systems and processes

The team and culture
You will be part of a regional administrative team where collaboration is close, but everyone has their own areas of responsibility and space to drive their issues. You will work continuously with salespeople, both locally and remotely, and have close contact with customer service to ensure that customers have a frictionless experience.
In this role, you will be a central part of the business flow that extends from the first customer dialogue to the completed agreement and functioning system setup. You will have the opportunity to influence both details and overall working methods, and you will be surrounded by colleagues with broad experience who are eager to share knowledge and support in daily work.
About the employment
This is initially a consulting assignment for at least 6 months with a start date as agreed and a notice period. You will be employed by OIO and work for our client in the Malmö region with the ambition of a long-term continuation provided that both parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
Location: Skövde
Working hours: 07:00–16:00 - you are expected to work on-site daily and one day/week in Lidköping
Start: Immediately, max 1 month notice period
Salary: Fixed salary
