What does the role of Account Manager mean for you?
The role of Account Manager with us means a lot of freedom under responsibility. Here, you will be responsible for driving the entire sales process, from the first contact to the delivered solution – becoming an advisory partner for our customers. You will work both on acquiring new customers and developing long-term relationships with existing ones.
In practice, this means you will prospect, book meetings, meet customers, prepare quotes, write contracts, and follow up on deals. You will have geographical responsibility for the region and use your phone, computer, and car as your primary tools. You will be out in the field a few days a week and work towards a budget. You will have the support of your colleagues at the facility and our central sales team!

If we could wish…
…we believe you have a few years of experience in B2B sales (field-based) and are used to driving new customer acquisition. You are social, enjoy making contact both by phone and in person, and have an eye for building relationships naturally. If you also have a technical interest, perhaps from automotive, construction, or plumbing, we see it as a big plus. You are social and have an eye for relationships.
For this role, a B driver's license (manual) is a requirement, as well as fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
But most importantly, you are curious, business-driven, and want to grow with us and become part of the Work System team!

Work System develops, sells, and installs equipment for light commercial vehicles with the core values of pride, simplicity, and speed in focus. The company was founded in 2009 and has grown significantly since then. We have received several awards for the fantastic growth journey we have undertaken - and we have an equally exciting time ahead of us!
Today, we are a wonderful team of about 115 employees. Work System is represented throughout Europe, both with facilities we own and with partners. We cover all of Sweden with 26 facilities, from Malmö in the south to Kiruna in the north.

Practical information
- Location: Trestad (with geographical responsibility for the region, Uddevalla from Aug 2026).
- Scope: Full-time, we apply a 6-month probationary period.
- Start date: By agreement.
- Benefit car or company car: (striped, fitted transport vehicle).
- Salary range: 34,000 SEK - 42,000 SEK, +5,000 SEK in salary supplement with benefit car and profit sharing (bonus model).
- Travel: The role involves travel within the region as well as travel outside the region.
- Languages: Swedish and English spoken and written are required.
- Benefits: Training via WS Academy, wellness allowance, wellness time, and other health-promoting activities. Additionally, top-class social activities – such as AWs, Christmas parties, and joint team activities.

Why does it say Trestad and Uddevalla? Our facility today is located at Johannesbergsvägen 15B in Vänersborg, but we are planning a move to Uddevalla in August 2026, which is why both Trestad and Uddevalla are mentioned in the ad.
