Technical Project Manager at Security Solutions, Combitech

The Security Solutions division at Combitech is growing, and we are now looking for experienced technical project managers for our consultancy unit in Norrköping, Linköping, and Stockholm. The Role

As a technical project manager at Security Solutions, Combitech, you will have the opportunity to work with:

• Leading development teams, managing resources, and coaching colleagues
• Driving projects from initiation to delivery.
• Solving advanced technical problems to help our clients develop and improve their systems.
• Communicating effectively with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• You will also have the opportunity to invest in your own development through our regular course weeks focused on personal development.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a Civil Engineer or equivalent.
• Has several years of experience leading technical projects.
• Has a good technical understanding - regardless of which technology domain you come from.
• Is structured, proactive, and communicative, and enjoys creating order, building trust, and driving development forward.
• Has good communication skills, is outgoing, and has the ability to create contacts and good relationships.
• Works methodically, goal-oriented, takes initiative, and has a drive to develop yourself and our clients.
• Is curious, has a strong drive, and a strong commitment to what you undertake.
• Has experience with traditional project methodologies.
• Industry experience from defense, aviation, or industry-related development.
• Can master the English language well in both speech and writing.

As the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, it is required that you are a Swedish citizen and undergo and pass a security clearance with a background check.
