We are still looking for an additional team member, as we have not found the right match yet. We are looking for someone with education and experience.

Själandsgården's HVB is a smaller residential home for young girls/women aged 15-21. We provide qualitative treatment based on CBT. We value a good working environment and are looking for someone who is engaged, curious, and interested in motivating others. You need to be stress-resistant, flexible, and have good self-awareness as the job involves some challenges. We place great importance on the ability to collaborate and the willingness to participate in development.

Your tasks will include being part of the young people's daily lives and also educating through lessons, individual conversations, etc. You need to be able to document, coordinate, and participate in meetings with stakeholders. You should also be willing to take the youth on outdoor activities in nature and try different sports. We prefer that you are an active person who enjoys moving in community with others.

Working at Själandsgården means a varied workday. We also have horses in our work with the youth, so experience/knowledge of horses is a prerequisite.
