We are all different. And that’s wonderful! We don’t hire people based on a certain mold but based on who you are. For us, drive and personality are more important than experience and background. We are doing well, and we are growing rapidly. Now we are looking for more cheerful employees with the right attitude and a desire to develop!

About the job

Position: Permanent full-time employment, probationary period applies

Start date: 2026-03-01 or by agreement

Working hours: You will vary between early morning, daytime, evenings, and weekends

Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but referring to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire individuals under 18 years old due to the nature of the tasks.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our wonderful team at the brand new Willys Alvesta Stationen, which is about to open! As an e-commerce coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' orders are picked, packed, and prepared for pickup at our Pickup Station. You are an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience. Here’s a bit more about the position:

  • You will manage and participate in the daily e-commerce operations in the store, such as planning and coordinating picking, packing, and delivery of e-commerce goods.
  • In collaboration with the store managers, you will plan the day's tasks and work ahead. You will handle both planned and unforeseen events. This is a great entry-level job for you who want to try a role that involves leadership, structure, and planning.
  • You are a spider in the store's e-commerce web and are the contact person for customer service and carriers.
  • You will analyze, follow up, and drive e-commerce issues together with your immediate manager.
  • You are part of the grocery team and participate in daily work with sales, product exposure, follow-up, and coordination.
  • You will assist our customers and meet them with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.
  • You will help our customers at the checkout or any of our other checkout options.

About us

Not everyone is suited to work with us. But many find it fun! For us, the right attitude and willingness to develop are more important than experience and education. With us, you will work alongside a whole team of great personalities with different backgrounds, skills, and perspectives.

Here’s a bit more about us:

  • We provide you with great opportunities to grow through various responsibilities and training. Many who started their journey as store employees at Willys are now team leaders, store managers, or have a specialist role at our office.
  • Willys is part of the Axfood family, a group with a variety of companies and operations, and there are many opportunities for development here. Through the Axfood Academy, we can offer our employees a range of different training programs.
  • You will receive wellness benefits, employee discounts, and employee offers after a period of employment.
  • Sustainability is important to us, and we always work to reduce food waste in and outside our stores.
  • We are affiliated with the Trade Union Collective Agreement, which includes fair conditions such as pensions, insurance, and good overtime compensation.

About you

You love food, people, and sales just as much as we do! For us, it doesn’t matter if you are a vegan or a meat lover, if you eat tacos on a Friday or a Tuesday. The great thing about you is that you are you. And that’s exactly what we are looking for.

  • You have worked in a store for a while and are ready to take the next step in your development, eager to learn new things and grow. Experience with similar tasks and responsibilities from previous workplaces is a plus.
  • You are flexible, can juggle many tasks, and can both solve problems and coordinate tasks.
  • You have very good IT and computer skills, are meticulous, and have no problem navigating different systems.
  • You have a positive attitude and want to have fun at work.
  • You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
  • You find it easy to collaborate with others – we work together as a team!
  • You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that’s great!
