Dematek AB is the market's most complete supplier of lifting equipment, service, and safety training. We are represented all over Sweden and are now looking for a technical salesperson for the Växjö area. You will work with the leading brands in the lifting industry and become part of our strong team at Dematek.
Your new challenges
As a technical salesperson, you will be responsible for the entire sales process, from customer visits, quotation writing, tender submissions, and consulting to negotiations and closing. You will independently plan your time, book visits, and work with both existing and new customers. You will be responsible for achieving set sales targets within your region.
Main responsibilities
- Needs analysis
- Preparation of quotations and follow-up
- Presentation and advice on technical characteristics
- Contract and price negotiations in accordance with the company's pricing strategy and profitability requirements
- Preparation of order documentation
Your experiences and qualities
To succeed in this role, you have previous experience in technical sales towards industry. We see that you have a good technical education background, preferably a high school or engineering degree, or alternatively, extensive practical/technical experience in sales. You have a strong interest in technical possibilities and complex solutions. Additionally, we see that you have experience in creating new and good relationships, writing quotes and contracts. Your IT skills are good, and you have a good insight into various CRM and business systems.
As a person, you are primarily fearless with a strong drive and competitive instinct, while also having a great sense of business acumen. You are solution-focused and consultative in your customer meetings and sell with presence and focus. You have the strength to motivate yourself in your own sales work while being humble and attentive with high social competence.
You are a team player who is good at creating and maintaining relationships. You are confident, problem-solving oriented, and a good communicator.
Your Swedish and English need to be fluent in both spoken and written forms. A B driver's license is a requirement.

The position is full-time, and you will work from your home address. Travel occurs regularly, and a company car is included in the position.
