DHL Freight's Customer Service in Växjö is responsible for all customer service regarding our domestic products. We are about 140 employees working at Smedjegatan 12. We handle inquiries related to before, during, and after transport via phone, email, and chat from customers and recipients located throughout Sweden. For us, accessibility and customer interaction are important to deliver a positive customer experience. Therefore, customer focus and your engagement as an employee are extremely important to us!

We are currently looking for employees for our Backline department, where we are 16 people in the team.

Responsibilities and Duties

You will have a developing and exciting role where you will be responsible for handling various types of cases and inquiries from our customers. The role includes feedback to both customers and colleagues. You will act as a support function to our other teams within Customer Service and also serve as an entry point into Customer Service for our interfaces in our DHL Freight organization.

The role involves a lot of customer contact but also working closely with other functions within Customer Service and DHL Freight as a whole. This is to strengthen the bonds and collaboration within DHL Freight in order to work on continuous improvements.

Your main tools are phone, computer, and your ability to communicate; therefore, you are used to working in various systems in data environments and enjoy having many tasks at the same time.
