👨‍🍳 About the Role

As head chef, you will lead the kitchen and ensure that the team delivers high-quality dining experiences. You are a present leader with a passion for ingredients, flavors, and people.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Takes responsibility and is solution-oriented

  • Is attentive to both guests and colleagues

  • Is passionate about food and drink

  • Communicates clearly and unpretentiously

  • Enjoys coaching, inspiring, and developing your team

Working hours are varied (evenings, weekends, and lunches). You will be part of the restaurant's operational team together with the restaurant manager and bar manager.


📝 Your Main Responsibilities

  • Drive, develop, and be responsible for the kitchen as a whole

  • Work towards set goals, plans, and budgets

  • Ensure a high level of service and quality

  • Develop routines and working methods

  • Recruit, lead, and coach the kitchen team

  • Administrative work (scheduling, calculations, etc.)

  • Ongoing financial reporting
