ABOUT THE JOB

Do you want to help create fantastic experiences for our guests? Ansia Badpark is looking for seasonal workers for the summer of 2025.

During the summer season, Ansia Badpark will offer swimming, play, and exercise for the residents of Lycksele and tourists. Our wish is that all bathers have a fun experience in a well-maintained and safe facility. Therefore, the staff at Ansia Badpark works diligently towards clear goals with excellent hospitality.

As a lifeguard at Ansia Badpark, you are part of a wonderful team that works to provide our guests with the highest possible service with world-class hospitality. In the role of lifeguard, you will work outdoors in the park and, through monitoring the swimming area, contribute to maintaining a high level of safety and comfort. Lifeguards are the face of the water park, and it is a challenge to combine good hospitality with high safety. If an accident occurs, your intervention can be life-saving. Your tasks will also include some cleaning and outdoor maintenance, as well as other tasks that may arise at the facility.

If you are interested in the position, we welcome you to an information meeting at the swimming hall on February 5 at 18:00, where we will tell you more about the lifeguard role and Ansia Badpark, as well as the recruitment process and the training offered to our seasonal workers. We will provide refreshments, and you will have the opportunity to meet staff who usually work at the water park.

YOUR PROFILE

We believe in the right competence in the right place.

We are looking for someone who is at least 18 years old and who is skilled in swimming and lifesaving. Experience in similar work and/or in the tourism industry is an advantage. If you have language skills beyond Swedish, that is also a plus. Everyone working at the water park receives training in lifesaving, CPR, hospitality, and how to perform practical tasks.
