The Education Administration is responsible for all activities within the municipality's preschools, primary schools, adapted primary school, after-school care, high school, and adult education.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a preschool teacher with us, you will be responsible for leading, planning, implementing, developing, and evaluating the educational work based on the preschool curriculum and our common governing documents. You will work with pedagogical documentation, reflection, and analysis to ensure high quality in teaching. You have an inclusive approach and build good relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher with several years of experience in the profession. You have good knowledge of and experience working with the preschool's systematic quality work. Experience with Reggio Emilia pedagogy and special educational competence is required. Special educational training is an advantage.

As a person, you are structured and used to working according to clear processes. You plan and organize your work efficiently, complete what you have started, and meet deadlines. You are confident in yourself and can stand up for your opinions, have the courage to speak up, and can distinguish between issues and individuals. Furthermore, you enjoy collaborating and have an unpretentious focus on the common goal.
