Job Description
Now you have the chance to take on the role of support staff at an important authority in Stockholm. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others, is tech-savvy, and wants to be part of a dynamic team where no day is the same. The assignment is for 6 months with good chances of extension thereafter. To be suitable for the role, you need to have previous experience in a support/service desk role, as well as excellent troubleshooting and user support skills for computers, mobile phones, and tablets. The position is security classified.

Responsibilities
As a support staff member, you are the first point of contact for the authority's employees when they need help with their IT equipment. You will work in a service desk environment with a fast pace where you handle cases through various channels. Your focus is on providing support with a strong user perspective and quickly solving problems so that employees can continue their important work.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- At least 1 year of documented experience in customer contact from a support function, with current experience in service desk.
- Very good experience in troubleshooting and user support for computers, mobile phones, and tablets.
- Experience working in an environment with many contact points and parallel processes under time pressure.
- Very good knowledge of the functionality of computers, mobile phones, and tablets.
- Good knowledge of digital meetings, MS Word, and the developer mode in Word.
- Swedish citizenship (the position is security classified)
Meritorious:
- Education or certification in support or customer service, e.g., Support Center Analyst or ITIL.
- Very good current skills in MS Word (preferably templates), SharePoint, mobile platforms, and MS products.
- Basic networking knowledge and familiarity with Active Directory.
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Apple/iTunes, and Windows operating systems.
