Your role

As a senior construction manager, you will lead and coordinate construction and civil engineering projects above ground, from excavation work to renovation and dismantling. You will ensure that projects are carried out safely and efficiently, with workplace safety and quality as the highest priority.

You will become part of an engaged team where we together develop Kiruna Driftstöd Fastighetsservice and ensure that all projects are executed correctly from the start. You will work closely with production leaders, property engineers, and production managers, with support from KMA as needed. With us, you will also have development opportunities and knowledge exchange in a dynamic environment where we learn from each other and grow together.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure that workplace safety requirements are met according to Bas-U/Bas-P.
• Coordinate orders and have direct contact with production leaders.
• Prevent risks and ensure that consultations and necessary controls are carried out.
• Contribute to the development of working methods and routines within construction and civil engineering.

Requirements:

• Approved high school education
• Driver's license B (manual)
• Good Swedish in speech and writing
• Many years of experience in construction management, preferably with property projects
• Certification: BAS-U/BAS-P certificate

Meritorious:

• Relevant post-secondary education (Construction Engineer, construction technology or YH in construction management/construction production)
• Knowledge of operational services (HVAC, ventilation, electricity).
• Experience in property automation and energy efficiency.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMI/IPMA).
