In preparation for spring 2026, Boliden Aitik is looking for several consultants for production service.

Your Responsibilities

As a Production Worker, your tasks will include maintaining transport routes and drilling sites in the mine, as well as refilling water and fueling mining machines. In Road Maintenance, there are machine operators for dump trucks, tank trucks, wheel loaders, graders, and mine taxis. Working hours are scheduled for a 2-shift rotation, morning/afternoon/one week off.

Your Profile

When hiring, your personality and attitude will be a significant part of what we consider in the recruitment process. We prefer that you are driven, responsible, and engaged. Good skills and experience in operating wheel loaders and graders are important. It is an advantage if you have experience with other types of machinery, machine operator training, or a C driver's license.

For all positions within Aitik, we require a high school education or equivalent competence and a good understanding of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. You are expected to be collaborative, responsible, and have a strong focus on safety, as safety culture is one of Boliden's focus areas. Additional Information

A driver's license (B) and access to a car are required as commuting and shift work will occur! Those who proceed in the process will work through us as hired employees at Boliden Aitik.
