The role of a paving worker

As an employee at NCC Asphalt North, you will work in the field alongside your colleagues, close to clients and customers. You will belong to a team of knowledgeable colleagues and perform paving work. The work area is in Kiruna and surrounding areas.

Your profile

We believe you have a basic education at the upper secondary level, preferably in technology or construction. If you have experience in paving, that is a big plus. But above all, we highly value your personal qualities. We are looking for someone who loves challenges and enjoys being out in the field, both among our customers and colleagues. Your ability to collaborate, organizational skills, quality thinking, and drive are qualities that we place great importance on.

A B driver's license is required for this position, a BE license is desirable.
