In connection with a large exciting project, Keller is expanding in northern Sweden and we are looking for you who want to work as a foundation worker with us, starting in Luleå.

About the position

Keller is the world's largest foundation company, which allows us to work on the most exciting projects in our industry. We work with a variety of techniques to strengthen the ground, and as a foundation worker with us, you will work with one or a couple of different techniques.

We are now hiring several colleagues for several larger projects and welcome both those who are new to the foundation industry and those with experience. If you are new to the industry, you will start as an assistant and receive training and introduction from colleagues.

The position is a permanent employment. We use English as the language in many projects since our teams often work closely with Keller colleagues from other countries.

One of the projects is in Luleå, but you will be hired in a role where you are also expected to work in other locations as needed. Compensation for travel related to work is in accordance with the Byggnads collective agreement.

Your tasks

Depending on your skills and experience, you may work with varying techniques and tasks, e.g., cement columns, drilling, or stone columns. The machines we use are construction machines for foundations that are specially developed for our needs, and part of the team's responsibility is also to maintain the machines.

• Enjoy working actively and outdoors
• Take responsibility for your tasks and work well in a team
• Have a B driver's license
• Have knowledge of English
• Have permission to work in Sweden

It is a great advantage if you already have experience working as a foundation worker and if you have experience with machines and are interested in mechanics. It is also meritorious if you have knowledge in electricity, welding, and hydraulics, as well as if you have a C or CE driver's license, excavator license, and other training such as Safer Lifting, Hot Work, Fall Protection.

Are you completely new to the foundation industry?

Then it may be good to know that:

• You will receive an introduction, work clothes (protective clothing), fair conditions, and salary
• You will normally work with one foundation technique, but you may need to step in as an assistant in another foundation technique area as needed
• With us, you work in a team, often of 3-4 people
• You will get a lot of fresh air at work since we work outdoors all day.
• We work with soil, so you will definitely get muddy and dirty at work.
• You work fairly long working days and in return, you get longer continuous time off
• For us, the most important thing is to always work safely; if we cannot perform a task safely, we will address it before continuing work
• We have zero tolerance for alcohol and drugs. Alcohol and drug tests are conducted at work.
