Your role

As a Planner/Maintenance Leader, you will be a central part in ensuring the operation and development of our production facilities. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders and play an important role in creating order, structure, and safety in a complex environment.

You will lead and coordinate maintenance work within Bergtransport's production facilities such as transfer points and rail tracks at track level, crushers, and processing plants. The role involves both strategic and operational work with a focus on planning, prioritization, and safety.

Examples of tasks:

• Daily management and leadership of internal and external personnel.
• Order reception (fault reports, work orders, TK1 rounds).
• Planning, scheduling, and risk assessment of work.
• Customer contact and scheduling of deliveries.
• Prioritization and rescheduling of work orders in consultation with the production manager.
• Material purchasing and updating of spare parts lists.
• Participate in improvement work, risk analyses, and FU planning.
• If necessary, act as acting manager and participate in budget work.

You bring with you

You are a person who enjoys taking responsibility and creating conditions for others to succeed. You have the ability to lead and develop employees in their work while being able to organize, plan, and prioritize both your own and the group's tasks. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and confident in making decisions. In addition, you have:

• Completed upper secondary education (requirement)
• Driving license B for manual transmission (requirement)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing (requirement)
• Education in leadership is an advantage
• Good knowledge of LKAB's operations, facilities, and production processes is an advantage
• Experience in a coordinating role is an advantage
