We are looking for an engaged and driven site manager for a growing contracting company that carries out earthworks and construction projects in northern Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily work on-site in projects
• Plan resources, machinery, and materials
• Ensure that production follows schedules, quality, and workplace safety requirements
• Maintain ongoing contact with the site manager, subcontractors, and clients
• Contribute to a good team climate and a safe, efficient workplace

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in construction or earthworks, preferably as a team leader, site manager, or similar role
• Enjoys taking responsibility and leading others in production
• Is structured, communicative, and solution-oriented
• Has a practical understanding of construction projects and likes to work closely with operations
• Has a valid driver's license (B)

Meritorious:

• Experience with concrete work or fiber laying projects
• Knowledge of BAS-U / occupational safety responsibility
• Experience with projects in larger contracts

Location

The position is primarily based in Luleå, Boden, Piteå or Skellefteå.

For the right candidate, there is also the possibility of another location within Norrland. Some travel may occur.
