Site Manager

Do you have experience leading projects in the construction industry? Are you used to working with customer relationships and thrive in a social role where you represent the company? Then you might be the one we are looking for for an exciting assignment as Site Manager for our client in Boden.

In the role of Site Manager, you will be the company's face towards customers and subcontractors. You will be responsible for environmental work on site and involved in workplace safety issues as well as quality control. The position does not involve personnel responsibility, but you will have a deputy leadership role in the absence of Team Leaders.

We are looking for someone who is social, outgoing, proactive, and has a knack for taking initiative. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working both internally within the team and externally with customer contacts. REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience with customer relationships

· Engineering education or equivalent competence acquired through solid experience

· Experience with/fundamental understanding of concrete and concrete work

· Very good knowledge of English

· Driving license B

PREFERABLE:

· Experience working in projects

· Experience with workplace safety and security work

· Experience with environmental responsibility

· Experience in construction management

· Language skills in Swedish and/or Finnish

This is a staffing assignment, which means you will be employed by Barona Teknik & Installation AB but work on-site with our client. The position is a fixed-term full-time employment, with daytime working hours, Monday to Friday. We process applications continuously and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
