The work as a specialist nurse in surgery is qualified, and we therefore want you to have at least 5 years of experience in your specialty. We believe this is necessary to be sufficiently confident in your professional role, which aligns well with the company's position as specialists in the industry. We prefer that you have experience from several different operating departments. You should also be interested in professional development and taking a step forward in your career. We value participation in courses and training. This means that you as an Operations Consultant often belong to those in the workplace with the most experience, and as such, we expect you to naturally share your knowledge and experiences with newer colleagues.
