Job Responsibilities

As a purchaser, you will work with the purchasing process. You will be responsible for planning purchases, contacting suppliers, and ensuring a continuous flow of goods. The role also involves working with finance, monitoring forecasts, invoice management, and reporting.

In the role:

• Plan and execute purchases based on forecasts and demand.
• Maintain continuous contact with suppliers for orders, follow-ups, and problem-solving.
• Ensure that item information is accurate and up-to-date in our business system.
• Invoice management, financial monitoring, and reporting related to purchases.
• Identify and manage deviations or issues in the supply chain.
• Participate in the development and improvement of purchasing processes for increased efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that materials and products are available when needed.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in purchasing and/or finance.
• Is meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Has good communication skills and can build relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
• Enjoys working in a systematic business system.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English - spoken and written.
