We are recruiting an Account Manager for the new Business division WorkWear

The job involves being responsible for new customers and proactively targeting prospective clients within your sales district - the Stockholm region. You will sell our rental systems for workwear. The need for CWS rental services and products exists among both large and small companies in all industries.

CWS has a tailored product and sales methodology. You will conduct needs analyses, write quotes, follow up, and draft contracts. You will work in a clear work structure with proactive customer engagement and a balanced mix of being out with customers and managing meetings via Teams. The salesperson is also responsible for ensuring that all customer information is reported in the CRM system Salesforce.

Together with the sales manager, you will set goals and follow up on results. You will have a fixed and variable salary, a company car, and will work with engaged, competent, and friendly colleagues. A fixed-term employment contract applies during the probationary period. You will be targeting customers managed at our laundry facility in Arlandastad, where you will also have your new workplace.

You are self-sufficient and a good planner of your time.

You are challenged by your goals and work systematically to achieve them.

You are a skilled relationship builder, attentive, responsive, can analyze needs, and then create solutions.

You enjoy working independently and are used to negotiation situations. Of course, you like working towards key performance indicators regarding visits, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

Administratively, you will work with reporting, quote and contract writing, so you need good knowledge of the Office suite.

It is required that you take a lot of personal responsibility, and your success is entirely determined by your drive, attitude, and personality. The role requires that you have the right mindset and great patience.

You have a driver's license. You speak and write both Swedish and English. Experience from the textile industry is an advantage.
