EFS Västerbotten is looking for a priest/pastor 50% for Bjurholm, Vännäs, and Nordmaling.

The EFS associations in Bjurholm, Vännäs, and Nordmaling are looking for a priest/pastor who appreciates a varied job in different environments. You will serve as a unifying force for the associations.

Job responsibilities include:

- planning and leading worship services, devotions, and Bible study groups.

- inspiring and encouraging boards and associations

- leading and developing change initiatives

- making home visits

- being a leader at camps (district-wide work)

There is also an opportunity to shape the position according to your own gifts and wishes in consultation with the associations.

We are looking for someone who has…

- Relevant education for the position or equivalent work experience.

- A valid driver's license (B)

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. We expect you to have a personal Christian faith and be a member of the Church of Sweden. Knowledge or experience of EFS is an advantage.

Employment type: We start our positions with a 6-month probationary period.

Working hours: Trust-based working hours where work in the evenings/weekends is a significant part of the job.

Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement.

The employment is governed by the agreement between the Employers' Alliance and Vision Ecumenical, with EFS Västerbotten as the employer. Salary level according to Vision Ecumenical.
