Right now, Ekolek is looking for more wonderful childminders across the country who want to work with children in their own home environment. If you live in a house, apartment, or on a farm and think that children are the best company in the world – then we have the job for you!

What does the job involve?

As a childminder with us, you will be the trusted adult that children love to explore with. Your day will be filled with:

• Outdoor play every day – yes, there will be plenty of fresh air! Everything from walks in the woods to building epic snowmen or splashing around in puddles.
• Cooking with little chefs – you will cook from scratch, but with the help of little hands that are more than happy to stir the pots (and maybe taste a little too much along the way).
• Fun activities – crafts, storytime, building forts, and whatever the children's imagination comes up with for the day.

And the best part? You get paid to do this! Additionally, we cover the food and expenses, so you can focus on creating a wonderful and developmental environment for the children.

• Thinks that children are the best company in the world and has the ability to meet them with both joy and respect
• Is responsible, patient, and has a sense of both fun and order
• Finds it easy to collaborate with other adults and is happy to share your experiences
• Loves to think outside the box and come up with fun activities that make every day exciting

Some formal requirements

To work with us, you need to:

• Have a smoke-free home
• Be able to speak and write Swedish
• Provide a police clearance certificate
