JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for an LSS/Social Psychiatry case officer for a temporary position as one of our employees will be on parental leave.

As a social worker with us, you will assess needs, make decisions, and follow up on granted services for individual citizens.

The daily work includes investigations and follow-ups of decisions as well as documentation in the LifeCare system. Collaboration both internally and externally. Your tasks also include participating in network meetings and being responsible for your own phone hours.

We offer you a support structure in the form of an introductory program, mentorship, peer supervision, and external supervision. In addition, we provide daily support from a case supervisor who has guidance in the area, both in groups and individually as needed. We offer basic and targeted training initiatives as well as wellness hours or wellness grants.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work. Previous experience in social services is considered an asset.

You are independent, have good collaboration skills, are responsible, and have the ability to create trusting meetings. As a person, you are used to taking responsibility for your workday, planning, and completing your tasks.

A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.
