We currently have 10 employees and a turnover of approximately 30 million.

Our business has steadily grown since its inception in 2019, and we are now looking for two additional hall builders who want to join us on our journey forward. Do you want to work in a team where quality and safety go hand in hand? We are now looking for someone who wants to help create sustainable and functional hall solutions for our customers around Skaraborg and beyond.

Job Responsibilities
We primarily work with the construction of grain halls, animal barns, machine halls, and industrial and service buildings for our customers in Skaraborg and surrounding areas. We also work with traditional carpentry for agriculture, such as rebuilding and renovating agricultural buildings.
In our projects, we work in teams of 2-4 people and are now looking for two key individuals who want to help build our projects on-site with the customer. We prefer that you want to become a team leader in our business where you will have the opportunity to be responsible for construction projects on-site and lead your team.

Profile

We are looking for two driven and practical individuals with good experience in construction, hall assembly, or carpentry. If you also have a vocational certificate as a carpenter and experience in reading blueprints, we consider that an advantage, but most importantly for us is your willingness to grow, take responsibility, and contribute with your commitment. If you have experience in sheet metal work or other construction-related specialties, that is welcome and something we see as a strength.

We place great importance on personal qualities where we value that you are responsible, unpretentious, and flexible as we are a team that helps each other and sometimes need to adapt at short notice. You are proficient in Swedish and have basic knowledge of English. A B driver's license is required.

Since one of the roles is of a leading nature, we would like you to have a good ability to lead a team and take responsibility for construction projects. Do you have experience in leading, coordinating, or driving construction projects? Perhaps you have even run your own business or have an entrepreneurial spirit? Then that is a significant plus.
