In the role of site manager, you will be involved in developing projects and strengthening Hakab's role as a reliable and engaged contractor in the Trestad region. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and following up on our projects. You work closely with both staff and clients, ensuring that projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality requirements – and create a work environment where the team thrives and delivers at their best.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Experience as a site manager or similar in earthworks and construction
• Good knowledge of reading drawings, production planning, and contract law
• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and engage
• Driver's license (B)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
