We are looking for a Land Negotiator for the Gothenburg-Borås project at the Swedish Transport Administration.

This is a consulting assignment. The stationing location is Gothenburg.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

As a land negotiator in the Gothenburg–Borås project, you are an important link between the Swedish Transport Administration and property owners, tenants, and operators in land acquisition matters. The role involves handling land access and property matters, valuation and permit issues, as well as property law issues related to the construction of railways in urban areas. You will also be responsible for negotiating and establishing implementation agreements with municipalities and utility owners, and participating in consultations with individuals, municipalities, and authorities. Travel is required. The role places a strong focus on supporting project management in the development of implementation agreements.

Responsibilities

Support project management with implementation agreements Land access for the project, both permanent and temporary In collaboration with project managers and design managers, prevent environmental and movement damage and regulate any remaining damages Valuation and permit issues Negotiate and establish property law agreements Other property law issues in the Gothenburg–Borås project

Requirements (Mandatory)

Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

At least completed higher education comprising at least three (3) years of full-time studies in land surveying, property economics, urban development programs, or equivalent education in the subject area. At least twelve (12) years of experience in qualified work within the property law area, of which at least six (6) of the years must have involved negotiations within the property law area and at least three (3) years of experience working with road or railway projects. Ability to work independently. Driver's license for passenger cars. Requirement of 8 years of experience in property law work in investment projects in urban environments. Requirement of 3 years of experience in practical work with planning processes. Requirement of experience in property law negotiations in infrastructure projects. Requirement of documented knowledge in PBL and the Railway Construction Act. Requirement of experience in property law work in investment projects during the planning phase.
