JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a licensed occupational therapist with interest and commitment to work within municipal health and medical care, where you will coordinate and meet the patient's overall needs for occupational therapy. The work includes individual activity assessments, as well as conducting rehabilitation together with the patient and staff. The work also involves testing and prescribing medical technical aids and guiding, delegating, and educating nursing staff.

The work is located both in regular housing and in special housing. The work is team-based in close collaboration with other professionals such as physiotherapists, nurses, managers, nursing staff, and care coordinators.

QUALIFICATIONS

The work requires you to be solution-focused and able to plan and organize your time effectively. You have good collaborative skills and an interest in building good relationships with patients, relatives, and colleagues.

Experience from rehabilitation and municipal home care is an advantage but not a requirement. The role suits both recent graduates and those with previous experience as an occupational therapist.

Within the organization, there is ongoing development work to improve for our patients. You will participate in this work and influence the development of the organization going forward, based on your knowledge and previous experiences.

You have good computer skills, are curious, and have a positive attitude towards welfare technology and digital services in the field.

You need to master the Swedish language in a way that allows you to communicate with patients, relatives, and colleagues in both speech and writing.

A B driver's license for manual transmission is required.
