About the Role

We are looking for a solution-oriented and committed person who wants to work as a press brake operator and laser operator at Volvo CE Braås. You will play a central role in the manufacturing process and help ensure that the products maintain high quality and are delivered on time. The position is a fixed-term employment for 6 months with Adecco, with good opportunities for extension. The work is full-time and the working hours are scheduled for 2 shifts.

Your Responsibilities

• Operate and set up press brakes and laser cutting machines.
• Work from drawings and ensure that products are manufactured according to specifications.
• Perform quality checks and ensure that components meet requirements.
• Handle materials, tools, and maintenance of machines.
• Actively contribute to improving processes and flows in production.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented and enjoys solving technical problems and optimizing work. To succeed in this role, we also see that you are meticulous and quality-conscious, with an eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Passed in Math 1, Swedish 1, and English 5.
• Technical high school education or equivalent experience.
• Good knowledge of reading drawings and can translate drawings into finished products.
• Experience from a production environment and industry – preferably within the metal or manufacturing industry.
• Driver's license B.
• Forklift license A1-4, B1, and overhead crane license (meritorious).
• Experience working with press brakes and/or laser cutting (meritorious).

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. Background checks will be conducted on all final candidates in the process.

About the Employment

Please note that the position is part of our consulting staffing, where you will be employed by Adecco and leased to Volvo CE. Being a mobile consultant means that you are employed by us at Adecco to perform work in client companies, and your workplace, working hours, and tasks may vary within an agreed service area.
