About the role

As the maintenance manager, you have overall responsibility for mechanical and electrical maintenance in the operation. You work both strategically with long-term planning of preventive maintenance and operationally with handling urgent measures in daily operations. The role also includes responsibility for property management.

You lead a team of three employees and maintain ongoing contact with external parties and contractors. You are responsible for project management in, for example, machine installations, renovations, and contracting work, as well as ensuring that completed measures are documented in our maintenance system.

The role also includes planning, preparing, and executing purchases and quotes related to services and equipment, which means you need good financial judgment. You work closely with the production manager and colleagues in production technology and participate in joint development projects.

Personnel responsibility

You lead two employees in maintenance and one employee in property management. This includes:

• Planning and distribution of work
• Approvals
• Work environment responsibility
• Employee conversations

We are looking for someone who has:

• High school education in mechanics, technology, and/or electricity. Post-secondary education is an advantage
• Several years of experience in maintenance or technical work, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Good ability to create structure, prioritize, and see the big picture
• Experience in coordinating many contact areas and driving solutions forward
• We are looking for someone who has the drive to grow within the role

You are a confident, communicative, and involving leader who wants to build a culture where operational reliability, functionality, and improvement work are central. If you are not a manager today, we offer leadership training.

A valid driver's license (class B) and fluent Swedish are required.
