Our magnets play a key role in areas such as scientific research and cancer treatment. The majority of our production is exported primarily to Europe and North America. About the position

As a Project Manager / Customer Order Specialist, you will work both independently, with colleagues, and in close collaboration with customers. Your main responsibility is to drive customer orders/projects from order to delivery. The work includes planning and follow-up in collaboration with our planners and process managers, preparing production and testing documentation, instructions, and product documentation for customers. You will be responsible for your own customer orders with a focus on quality and delivery time.

You have several years of experience in similar tasks within the manufacturing industry, are knowledgeable in reading technical drawings, are accustomed to working in business systems, and have a relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience such as project manager, project coordinator, etc. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Physics is a plus but not a requirement.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You have a B driver's license and feel comfortable with computers, the Office suite, and various technical tools.

You will work with knowledgeable and engaged colleagues in a stable and successful company where the work environment is positive. The position is based at our factory in Vislanda. The role is full-time with start date to be agreed upon.

Scanditronix Magnet AB designs and manufactures custom coils and magnets for use in Research, MedTech, and Industry. Our clients are international research laboratories and companies active in areas such as cancer treatment.

We currently have over 50 employees and an export share of about 70%. We are located in Vislanda, Småland, where we have our manufacturing, assembly, testing, design/development, purchasing, corporate management, etc.
