About the Job

As a production worker, you will work for our client in the industry just outside of Växjö. You will be involved in production and work according to drawings and instructions where both accuracy and precision are required. Together with your colleagues, you will work in a team with a strong focus on safety and quality.

About You

We are looking for someone who is engaged in their work and enjoys physical tasks. You find new challenges exciting, are driven and committed, and can deliver quality results. Since you will be working in a team, collaboration, a positive attitude, and flexibility are important.

For this position, you need a driver's license and access to a car, as well as proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have a forklift or overhead crane license and previous experience in assembly work within the industrial, construction, or automotive sectors. In this role, we will place great emphasis on personal suitability.

About the Employment

This position is a consultancy assignment with a 6-month fixed-term employment, meaning you will be employed by Adecco and hired out to the client. In the long term, a direct employment with the client may also be possible. We want you to feel good and offer wellness benefits and discounts on gym memberships. To ensure your safety, you will also be covered by insurance and occupational health services.
