About the Role

As a production engineer, you will work as a consultant at the client's site. You will drive and participate in improvement projects together with production management, technicians, and operators.

Your mission is clear: Create smarter flows, more stable processes, and more sustainable production.

Examples of work areas:

• Production technology and flow development
• Lean and improvement work
• Digitalization and data collection
• Change management
• Sustainability and efficiency projects

The assignments vary in length and content, providing you with both development and breadth. The work primarily takes place at the client's site.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Has worked in the manufacturing industry
• Has experience in developing production processes
• Has knowledge of Lean and/or Six Sigma

Experience in the following areas is advantageous:

• Project management
• CAD (2D/3D)
• Business systems like Monitor, SAP, or Movex
• Automation/PLC
• MES systems
• Investment projects

Practical Information

• Driver's license B is required
• Swedish language skills are a must
