Do you want to work in a broad and developing role where you can be a central part of production development? We are now looking for a Production Engineer for our client – a well-renowned production unit within sheet metal and machining that offers a complete mechanical workshop industry for contract manufacturing. Here, you will work with welding, laser cutting, bending, machining, and surface treatment.

As a Production Engineer, you will have a varied and stimulating everyday life. You will be involved in several of the company's core processes and work both operationally and strategically to develop production.

Your tasks will include:

• Conducting production studies and flow analyses
• Developing and optimizing production layouts
• Working with simpler constructions and technical solutions
• Driving various analyses and improvement initiatives
• Supporting the company's various processes with technical expertise
• Actively working with Lean and continuous improvements

You will be offered a position with significant influence where you can affect both processes and results.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role within production engineering, preferably from the manufacturing or workshop industry. You are used to working closely with production and thrive in an environment where you can combine practical work with analytical improvement work.

We would like you to:

• Have experience in production engineering or industrial development
• Be accustomed to working in or leading improvement projects, preferably within Lean
• Have technical understanding and a problem-solving approach
• Be communicative, structured, and engaged
