WAREHOUSE STAFF FOR W5 SOLUTIONS IN ÄLMHULT

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As Warehouse Staff at W5 Solutions, you will be part of a team of engaged employees of varying ages and backgrounds, creating a dynamic and inclusive work environment. To meet increased demand and ensure efficient flows, we are now strengthening our warehouse with additional expertise.

As a warehouse worker, you will play a central role in ensuring that our material flow operates smoothly. You will handle both physical and administrative warehouse tasks and have a key role in collaborating with other departments.

Your tasks as Warehouse Staff will include:

• Receiving and checking incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they match orders and requirements.
• Conducting inspections to ensure that the goods meet our quality standards.
• Coordinating and booking transports, including handling hazardous materials according to applicable regulations.
• Picking and packing products for delivery and restocking shelves.
• Participating in regular inventories to ensure that the stock status is accurate.
• Assisting with simpler tasks that affect the physical material flow as needed.
• Recording transactions, bookings, and updates of stock status in our business system.

You will work closely with your team leader and maintain frequent contact with production, quality, and customer support. Daily collaboration with transport companies and suppliers is an important part of the job.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & QUALIFICATIONS

To take on this challenge, you have a high school education and a forklift license is desirable but not required. If you also have training in warehousing, logistics, or similar, as well as certification for handling hazardous materials, this is an advantage. Several years of practical experience in warehouse work and logistics can compensate for the lack of formal education.

Preferably, you have the following qualifications and/or experiences:

• Warehouse work, including picking and packing
• Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems, preferably Monitor or similar
• The right attitude and willingness to learn
• Freight handling and booking of transports
• Quality control upon receipt of goods
• Experience in handling hazardous materials
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, flexible, and able to prioritize
• Practical problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position is a permanent employment with direct hiring to W5 Solutions in Älmhult. We apply individual salary setting where a fixed monthly salary is included as part of the employment terms. We are recruiting continuously, and the position may be filled before the application period has ended.
