You will be a key person influencing processes, solving challenges, and driving improvement work, while working closely with colleagues in production, design, and planning.

Your Responsibilities

• Create designs and production documentation that meet customer needs
• Develop products and fixtures in SolidWorks
• Troubleshoot and analyze production problems to find long-term solutions
• Identify and implement improvements in production
• Work in the business system Monitor G5 and PDM system
• Collaborate closely with production and ensure that the flow between each step works optimally

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in the manufacturing industry and good machine understanding
• Is comfortable with CAD/3D, preferably SolidWorks
• Can analyze, troubleshoot, and drive improvement projects
• Has experience in fixture manufacturing and contract manufacturing
• Has knowledge of robotic welding and press braking (meritorious)
• Has experience with business systems, preferably Monitor G5, and PDM programs
