Your Role

We are developing a new competence node within ILS and systems security and are looking for someone who wants to be involved from the start and build the business together with us. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on both larger and smaller projects where you help ensure that our customers' systems can be developed, used, and maintained in an efficient, safe, and sustainable manner.

In this role, you are expected to contribute as a specialist, take responsibility, and dare to speak up when needed. You will participate in the entire chain - from requirements interpretation and analysis to the preparation of materials, training, and documentation. The work involves close dialogue with the customer, where you deliver in a safe, clear, and professional manner.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies and plans for maintenance, logistics, and material management.
• Conduct analyses such as LCC, LSA, and risk and failure evaluations.
• Perform maintenance and spare parts preparations.
• Produce documentation, instructions, and training materials.
• Contribute to risk-aware decisions through structured analyses and assessments.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who wants to help build something new and who thrives in a role where you can take responsibility and influence. You are communicative, comfortable collaborating cross-functionally, and willing to take the lead when necessary to create clarity in complex issues. Fundamentally, you are meticulous, analytical, and risk-aware, and you work long-term and structured to deliver sustainable solutions.

To succeed in this role, you may come from various backgrounds. Either you have a technical university degree and work experience in ILS, systems security, or related technical fields. Alternatively, you have a background from the Armed Forces or FMV, with experience in material management, maintenance, or logistics. Regardless of your path, you are curious about further development and want to grow into the role of a specialist in the field.

You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing. The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
