We at Digital Transformation would love to meet you if you want to work with us on exciting projects and shape the future of digital services – whether you see yourself primarily as a GIS developer, a system developer working in GIS projects, or perhaps a GIS analyst. At Norconsult, you will have the opportunity to be involved in everything from early ideas to finished solutions, and to influence how geodata is used in societal development.

Digital Transformation consists of two groups with FME experts, system developers (frontend and backend), GIS analysts, GIS developers, and BIM strategists. We work with and manage several production and development environments focused on GIS. We are currently located in Malmö and Gothenburg and are primarily looking for employees there as well as in Stockholm, but you are welcome to apply regardless of your place of residence; we have 40 offices spread across Sweden.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in the GIS field who wants to continue growing.

You have:

• a relevant university degree in GIS, computer science, geography, or equivalent work experience
• experience working on various GIS projects
• the ability to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• experience with agile working methods

We also see it as a requirement to have specialized knowledge in one of the following areas, and it is advantageous to have experience in several:

• Machine learning, image analysis, and/or remote sensing
• HAJK and open-source mapping services
• FME Form and Flow
• Geographic IT infrastructure (GIS system technology)
• ESRI ArcGIS platform (Online, Enterprise, Pro)
• Database management (PostgreSQL/PostGIS, ArcSDE, data modeling)
• OGC standards
• UX/UI design related to digital GIS solutions and accessibility adaptation
• Strategy and consulting in geodata and digital working methods
