As a work environment engineer with us, you will play a key role in developing and improving the work environment efforts in our projects and operations.

Your responsibilities:

As a work environment engineer, you will play a central role in our work environment efforts. You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments and work environment analyses that form the basis for safe and sustainable workplaces. You will act as a support to managers and project leaders in work environment issues and contribute your expertise in both strategic and operational contexts. You will actively participate in work environment audits and follow-ups, ensuring that our routines and guidelines are followed and developed.

An important part of your role is to educate and inform employees about the work environment, both through internal training and ongoing communication. You will work closely with safety representatives and other stakeholders to create a good work environment where everyone feels safe and involved.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant higher education, e.g., in work environment, engineering, or environmental studies
• Experience in work environment efforts, preferably in construction, industry, or the public sector
• Good knowledge of work environment legislation and regulations
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with different professional groups
• Independence, structure, and a solution-focused approach
